C&C Cleaning Services is seeking to fulfill a part time Office Assistant position consisting of approximately 10 - 15 hours per week. Our office is conveniently located in southern Kokomo and we are celebrating our 7th year in business.

We are looking for a cheerful, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team! Our ideal candidate is a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person must be comfortable with a set schedule and a limited amount of hours per week, but also flexible with availability in the event of vacation or any emergency coverage that may be needed. We are a consistently growing and expanding company in a fast-paced industry, therefore we need someone who is flexible on the role that they may take on any particular day when arriving to workas your job duties can and usually will vary from time to time.

The position we are hiring for is an Office Assistant that will be cross-trained to handle a variety of different tasks. The primary focus of this position will be Office Assistant; however, we make it a priority to cross train our employees so that they are able to step into a variety of roles, depending on the need of the office at that time. On occasion, you will fill in for vacations for other staff members or fill a need if a staff member is called away from their position for any reason.

As the Office Assistant, you will be the voice of our company as you will be the first impression our clients receive over the phone, as well as for anyone who enters the office. It is therefore of utmost importance that you have a professional and courteous demeanor over the phone, through written communication, and face-to-face interactions. Primary responsibilities of this position will include:

  • Handling and dispatching phone calls to other members of the office staff as needed
  • Scheduling
  • Providing client support and representation
  • Other administrative tasks

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in all areas of MS Office
  • One year of customer service experience is required
  • One year of office experience is preferred, but not required
